The Buyer may return the purchased Product to Merchant and request that Merchant exchange it for a similar replacement Product if the received Product is defective or does not conform to the Product description (“Defective Product”). Merchant shall conduct such exchange or refund based on Merchant’s exchange/refund and return policy. If an exchange is impossible or unreasonable, the Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund from Merchant. Merchant shall honour all such requests for refunds or exchanges in relation to Defective Product(s).
